  • Developed the Career Internship Network at the behest of The Clark Foundation, The Pinkerton Foundation, and The Altman Foundation to serve the needs of their grant recipients in a more effective and substantial manner. Improved the quality of programming in more than 32 non-profit organizations offering internship programs for high school youth through the Youth Development Institute.
  • Effectively utilized skills of American Museum of Natural History staff mentors to support 50 under-served New York City junior and senior high school students in which they experienced the Museum from "behind-the-scenes". Both students and staff reported that mentor-intern relationships produced successful placements.
